Objectives:

Auditors work in a challenging environment, trying to ensure compliance, manage risk, and ensure sound practices in your organizations while navigating tough regulations, tight deadlines, and sometimes challenging personalities. You need time and information from people who have very different priorities, and need to get acceptance and action on findings they may not want to hear. To be successful, you must negotiate for the things you need, turn conflict into collaboration, and influence others around you. The session is interactive, experiential, and informative.

Moshe Cohen is the president and founder of The Negotiating Table, a training, mediation, and consulting firm in Boston, Massachusetts. Since 1995, Moshe has been teaching, mediating, coaching, writing, and speaking on the topics of negotiation, leadership, change management, influence, conflict resolution, mediation, facilitation, and communication. Since 2000, Moshe has been a lecturer in the MBA program at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, where he teaches Negotiation and Leadership. He has also previously taught at Bentley College and Cambridge College, and is frequently asked to present at business functions and conferences.
