"Deb Shannon is a Certified Masteries Coach (CMC) credentialed through the International Association of Coaches and a Certified Conversational Intelligence® coach. She is an implementation masteries session facilitator with the World Business and Executive Coaching Summit, where she works to continually raise the global standard of coaching.
Deb founded Shannon Resources in response to her experience working for a global healthcare tech company. She saw a need for employers to create model spaces in which to engage and empower the next workforce. Deb works with HR departments and Learning and Development teams to deliver workshops that foster leadership at all levels of the organization. With an emphasis on creating a culture of conversations and using the power of words well-delivered, she helps clients build attractive and authentic work environments.

As a former state telecommunications regulator and technology coach, Deb is known for leading high-energy facilitation sessions with legislative committees that result in commitment to a self-designed shared vision that is ready for presentation. Her curious and incisive approach creates an atmosphere of trust and the drive to discover common ground.
