Lockwood Primus, Kelly

Kelly Lockwood Primus, as CEO of Leading NOW, oversees strategy, research development and client relationship management. Prior to becoming CEO of Kelly was CEO & President of its Leading Women brand.
Previously, Kelly was VP- Marketing & Communications for WFF, a national non-profit women’s leadership organization and was instrumental in returning the organization to prominence in the foodservice industry.
Before her time in women’s leadership development, Kelly held several executive level positions in marketing, brand communication and strategy,and business development for global businesses in a variety of industries, including retail, pharmaceutical and public utility.
Kelly was a mentor to students at the Wake Forest University Graduate Women in Business Program, a panelist at their Women in Leadership Conference and now serves on the Women’s Leadership Council at the University of Rhode Island, her alma mater.
Kelly has participated in Executive Leadership Programs at Boston College and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
