Previously, Kelley was the Founder and President of Newfound Business Solutions, a company she led from 2006 to 2017. As an Accredited Business Advisor, she has helped companies across a wide range of industries, both in the United States and internationally, to achieve their business goals. In addition, Kelley worked with C-Suite Executives in her role as the Leadership Director for CEO Connection.
Under the administration of President George W. Bush, Kelley also served as an appointee to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), where she was Chairman of its Farm Service Agency for Massachusetts, a post she held for eight years.
Kelley currently serves as a founding board member of the Association for Corporate Development of NH and as member of the New Hampshire Tech Alliance Workforce Development Committee. She has been active in public communities as well.
