This course will be a HIGHLY INTERACTIVE overview of ways to:

  • Collectively identify unethical behavior which can ruin careers, bring debilitating fines to companies, and lead to prison terms for financial executives
  • Apply the New COSO Framework, Fraud Risk Assessment, Enterprise Risk Assessment, and HR Practices to reduce likelihood of unethical employee behavior
  • Understand the difference between ethics and integrity, and apply modern techniques to reveal early signs of unethical or fraudulent employee and client behavior


Behavioral Ethics


After completing this course, the learner should be able to:

  • Define ethics and integrity within any organization
  • Understand the New COSO Framework and its application in business ethics
  • Ensure ethical values and expectations are communicated/understood at all levels of an organization
  • Identify early warning signs of unethical behavior, fraud, and other regulatory violations
  • Discover ways to monitor adherence to principles of sound integrity and ethical values
  • Establish HR policies and procedures that demonstrate an organization’s commitment to integrity, ethical behavior, independence, and competence
