From the north or south, leave I-95 at exit number 185 [ME-15, Broadway]. Turn RIGHT onto Broadway and go about a half mile or so. You will see a Rite-Aid on the right, just before reaching Husson Avenue. You will want to be in the left lane. Turn LEFT onto Husson Avenue.

Follow Husson Avenue about another half mile to the stop sign. At the stop sign you will be facing the campus entrance. Turn RIGHT rather than going straight, and the Center for Family Business [CFB] is the first building on the left, just around the curve.

The parking spaces on the street just in front of the CFB are "general" parking and do not require parking permits. If they are all full, continue on the street another three-tenths of a mile to the stop sign, and you will see another "general" parking area ahead on the right.

The Cumberland Club

Take I-295 until Exit 6A, Forest Avenue South. At the end of exit ramp, turn right and stay in right lane. Bear right at the light, Route 77 (State Street.) Continue on State Street through three sets of traffic lights. After the third light, get into the left hand lane. At the next light, turn left onto Spring Street. (Mercy Hospital will be on the right as you make this turn.) Cross over Park Street (which is a three-way stop with a blinking red light.) The parking lot for The Club is on the left side of the street just after the blinking red light. These directions bring you to the parking lot on Spring Street. The High Street entrance is located across the street from the Portland Museum of Art.

From I-295: take exit 6B (Forest Avenue North) in Portland. Off the exit, immediately move to the far left lane on Forest Avenue to prepare for a left turn at the first stoplight (intersection of Forest Avenue and Bedford Street). Turn left onto Bedford Street at the stoplight and continue underneath the USM Alumni Skywalk. Immediately after the Skywalk, turn left onto Surrenden Street and continue into the USM Parking Garage.

If approaching the campus from Brighton Avenue, follow Brighton Avenue towards downtown until it turns into Bedford Street. Turn right onto Surrenden Street immediately before the USM Alumni Skywalk, and continue into the USM Parking Garage.
